When your Web Theme site is created in Pantheon, a UIC is assigned and all permissions are granted. The UIC can then assign Role-Based Permissions for teams, other developers, or even off-campus agencies.
At UCSB we have two primary roles available besides UIC: Team Member and Developer.
At the site level, the Developer role has the least amount of permissions and can create sites, view the Org. Dashboard, and deploy to the Development and Multidev environments only.

At the site level, Team Members also have the ability to create sites and deploy to the live environment, view the Org. Dashboard, and invite new team members.
