Update includes a small bugfix for Blog author displays in mobile as well as an updated readme file for directions on the new collaborative workflow.

Web Theme expansion is underway as new opportunities for collaboration take shape.

We are excited to pair this update with the release of a public repository housing the codebase, database, and files for Web Theme Users. The goal is to get Web Theme Users in Charge to help point out issues with their site, address any needs or features missing, as well the opportunity for developers to contribute their code to help eliminate any bugs on Web Theme sites.

Also, included in this release is a minor CSS update to fix a display error with Author names for Blog entries.
