This enhancement to the UCSB Web Theme includes some accessibility fixes, such as the removal or unnecessary aria landmarks and regions.

The goal is to gain better results from the Siteimprove scans and get the Web Theme up to the latest standards in accessibility. 

Changes

• dark background colors will now display the offsite icon in white instead of the default blue.
• text links with a background color will not have the underline match the text color.
• remove hover effect for front page news grid

Also included is an update to the Features module.

Please make any backups prior to updating and flush your site's cache after the update. If you have made a child theme, you will need to review the changes to the template files to not incur any issues.
